Quick response and were willing to resolve an issue with Vumatel that no other ISP wanted to assist with. WhatsApp assistance very efficient.

Easy to join and set up their wifi service. Various subscription options to cater for a variety of needs. Hassle free internet connectivity. Whatsapp assistance is superb.

I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.

Damn brilliant service! Try their WhatsApp after hours. Gosh I honestly didn't expect to have my problem solved because you know customer service these days, but! To my surprise was I surprised! Fantastic! Thanks for doing great things Afrihost!
