Great service can never complain always there to do it the right way especially when it comes to trouble shooting with ONT problems including anything else related to internet connection issue , thank you afrihost for your services .

Since we got Afrihost as our ISP we have not had any issues whatsoever at all. I love Afrihost as our ISP and will recommend them to anyone looking for home Fibre. The service from the start has been awesome!

Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

The service Afrihost offers are not bad , including their turn around time , support team is so effective,I have been using their hosting service for 4 years and I haven't experienced any major problems excluding the normal serve down experience but all others are brilliant , I would refer their services to others.

Very efficient. Consultant Winnie cut through the quoted wait time of up to two weeks and we had me reconnected in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.
