All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft. Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)! Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!

Not being technically savvy I followed the instructions on the wizard with some trepidation... I was still unsure so asked for help to check my configuring. Along with a few more questions such as how to get wifi to my TV and is a LAN cable the same as the Ethernet cable🤔 my questions were patiently answered I am now up and running.... thank you.. They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. Ported some numbers to airmobile and have been enormously impressed so far. Everything including the dreaded RICA was completely friction free. The joy of hopefully never having to call MTN for support again is hard to express.

Been using there products for over 10 years, there month to month packages are perfect if your don't want to be stuck in some silly contract. There website and phone app make managing your account a breeze. The whatapp support line is always quick to respond and assist.
