Their customer support is fantastic and entirely free. You can log a call back on their app for any issue where they call you within minutes. So no airtime or time spent holding on the line. Their sign process for all of their products is entirely digital and dead simple. Any changes you would want to make to you products like upgrades , downgrades, cancellations or new products is also a few clicks away on their website or app. I just signed up for their mobile offering AirMobile. I received my SIM card within a day of placing the order and I was up and running almost immediately. Great customer care is so hard to find these days but Afrihost has it absolutely waxed. Honestly, DO NOT CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE. Just sign up with Afrihost and you will thank me later.
