Been with Afrihost/Vumatel for 2 years and I must say I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t their fault. Usually in my area it’s damaged lines etc. My speeds are always consistent and such. Support is quick to answer and email correspondence is as equally fast sometimes I send an email and get a response back within minutes.

I am very happy with Afrihost. The gentleman assisting me when I was talking on WhatsApp support team was very helpfull and Profesional and quick once chatting could start.

Afrihost was amazing and I never had any issues. Unfortunately I'm emigrating so I had to cancel my account but I would have just stayed with them if I could. The WhatsApp helpline is so efficient and the assistants are always patient and friendly!

I have been with Afrihost since 2017 , from ADSL to Fibre. they have been an excellent service provider and alert me to issues immediately and fix problems in record breaking times
