I was upgraded to a higher download speed in April 2020 and have been struggling to get assistance as to why I wasn't getting those speeds. After many consultants and many help requests, finally Anrich v. assisted me and resolved my issue without hesitation on New Years day of all days. I have been with Afrihost for about 6-8 years (not sure), but during that time, I have never considered using another ISP. They are helpful and friendly. If the infrastructure causes problems, people always tend to blame the ISP when it’s not their fault. I like dealing with Afrihost they are the best ISP I ever dealt with.
